Updated
Before you begin:
- Get your free widget script from AccessiYes. No signup is required.
- New to the embed script? See the JavaScript embed quick start guide for how it works.
- Site header HTML is available on all HubSpot plans, including free tools.
- You’ll need Super Admin access or permission to edit website settings.
Steps to add the accessibility widget on HubSpot
Step 1: Head to page settings
In your HubSpot account, click the settings icon in the top navigation bar. In the left sidebar, go to Content > Pages.
Step 2: Choose your domain
Use the dropdown at the top to select a specific domain, or choose Default settings for all domains to add the widget everywhere.
Step 3: Paste your script
Open the Templates tab, paste your AccessiYes script into the Site header HTML field, and click Save in the bottom left corner. HubSpot adds the code to every page on the selected domain.

Step 4: Verify
Open a live page on your HubSpot site in a new browser tab. The accessibility icon should appear in the position you chose when generating your script.

A widget on its own does not make a site fully legally compliant. Treat it as one part of a wider accessibility effort that includes a WCAG-focused review of your template and content.
