Accessibility statement

Last reviewed: 11 May 2026

CookieYes Limited is committed to making this website accessible to everyone, regardless of ability or technology. This statement applies to accessiyes.com.

Our commitment

AccessiYes is a product built to help others make their websites more accessible. We hold ourselves to the same standard. We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA across this website and review our pages regularly to identify and fix issues.

Measures we have taken

  • All pages include a skip-to-content link as the first focusable element.
  • Focus indicators are visible on all interactive elements across both light and dark backgrounds.
  • Images include descriptive alternative text. Decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
  • Colour contrast meets the 4.5:1 minimum ratio for normal text and 3:1 for large text and UI components.
  • The site can be navigated fully by keyboard without a mouse.
  • Headings are used in a logical, hierarchical order on every page.
  • Interactive elements use appropriate ARIA attributes where needed (aria-expanded, aria-controls, aria-label).
  • The AccessiYes widget is active on this site, providing additional accessibility tools for visitors who need them.

Known limitations

While we work to meet WCAG 2.1 AA throughout, some third-party embedded content (such as video players or external widgets) may not fully meet this standard. We have no direct control over the accessibility of third-party tools but will raise issues with providers where possible.

Technical information

This website is built using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. It is compatible with the following assistive technologies:

  • Screen readers, including NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver
  • Keyboard-only navigation
  • Browser zoom up to 400% without loss of content or functionality
  • Windows High Contrast Mode

We recommend using a recent version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge for the best experience.

Reporting an issue

If you experience any accessibility barrier on this website, we want to know. Please contact us at support@cookieyes.com and describe the issue as clearly as possible, including the page URL and the assistive technology or browser you were using.

We aim to respond within 5 business days and to resolve confirmed issues promptly.
